Lydia Meiying is an illustrator and surface pattern designer from Manchester, UK. She graduated from Leeds College of Art and Design in 2008 with a First Class Honors Degree in Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern design.
However, she is now a freelance designer. She designs patterns and graphics for fashion, interior, stationary and trend forecasting. Animals play a big role in her wallpaper designs. She has a large number of bird wallpapers that range from colorful watercolors to a more classic approach. But it’s not all about the birds. Lydia Meiying also beautifully illustrates tigers, zebras and woodland creatures like deer.
