The Gardens of Andalucia is House of Heras’ ode to Spain, inspired by the designer’s travels throughout southern part of the country and the beauty and influence of the Moors in that region. With the colors ranging from warm brown and beiges to the most intense orange and teals, this collection features a large color palette perfect for a moody maximalist style.
The Gardens of Andalucia launch party hosted 120 influential artists, interior designers, architects and media members. Six wallpaper designs were showcased in various colorways including Sunset Lillies, Hummingbird Garden, Magical Mariposa, Paloma, Bird Paradise, and Morning Flowers.
To further enhance the experience, Spanish tapas and sangria were offered to the attendees. The guests were able to wander and explore the venue and get a close-up of all the designs displayed while indulging in the many delights of Spanish culture.
Gift bags were also provided to the guests and included vibrant rug and wallpaper samples.
Overall, the night aimed to create awareness of new Gardens of Andalucia collection and celebrate the Spanish culture that inspired the designs. It also showed how beautifully both the rugs and wallpaper can adorn a space, especially when paired together. In addition, it was a great opportunity for many of the industry’s interior design professionals to meet, network and continue to lift each other up in the spirit of creativity and community.
